Dental insurance is to be thought of as a financial “assistance” in keeping with your oral health investment. You and your chosen insurance provider have entered into a relationship whereby, for a premium, you will be provided with specific reimbursements toward your dental care.

Your dental plan is an agreed-upon benefit available to assist you by reimbursing a portion of your dental treatment costs. That portion is pre-determined by you or your employer, and the dental insurance carrier involved.
We, as OUT OF NETWORK providers, would be happy to assist you in maximizing the benefits to which you are entitled. As a courtesy to you, we will facilitate the completion and submission of your insurance claims for the care we have provided for you in our practice. In so doing, we will also make available, upon request by your insurance carrier, any necessary X-rays and treatment reports should the company have questions or comments about the treatment provided.
